Fake Negative Reviews is one of the biggest problems for the small online business owners. In the fast-paced world of the Internet, it is very easy to create a new account online and post any positive or negative comment on any product or services even if you have actually used or availed the services or not.

Google has adopted so many policies for the users who post their reviews. But there are so many people out there who try and find out the tricks to violations of these policies as well. The good news is that if you carefully analyze your site and find out the negative reviews or the reviews that are not going as per the rules and the regulations set by the company then you can raise a complaint on the Google, Twitter, Facebook-like platforms by a form.

The major challenge before the business owner is that it is quite difficult to convince Google or prove the identity of the person who is commenting or giving negative reviews. Google allows users to create an anonymous account and post reviews. So, proving the identity of any person online is quite impossible.

Another challenge that the small-business owner has to face is no eligibility set by Google to post the review. Google has not set ant eligibility criteria for the visitors who post their review. In fact, there should be some eligibility test or any form that asks the person entering the review to whether he or she has used the products or the services before giving a review or not?

When you have really worked hard to build up your online business, you really can’t allow some unknown person to ruin your reputation online. Let us learn some quick tricks to handle the negative or fake reviews on Google:

Use the power of the Social Media

Take the reviews to the social media. Use the power of the leading social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and post the fake reviews given by the anonymous users. Thank them for giving such reviews and even inform them that with the help of these reviews you have got some potential customers back to your life that had once brought your services but forgotten to hire the next time.

Then you can say that the natural response from the customers has helped your business to build a spotless reputation online.

Now the last but not the least thing is when you have posted and shared these reviews over the social networking channels, how can you get these reviews deleted from the Google itself?

In most of the cases, Google removes the fake or negative reviews but in case, it doesn’t, you can use the plan B.

By Plan B we mean give 100% refund to the customers who have posted negative reviews. If the customer is fake and hasn’t purchased anything that is 0% sale then 100% of 0 would still be 0 So, no harm in showing your smartness.
